Order

How do I place an order?

Add the pieces you'd like to your cart, go to checkout and follow the steps. As soon as we've received your order, you'll automatically get a confirmation by email.

I haven't received an order confirmation – what can I do?

Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you can't find the email there either, a typo may have slipped into your address during checkout. Just get in touch with us at info@jevaani.ch – we'll check your order and resend the confirmation.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

As long as your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll gladly try to make a change or cancellation. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@jevaani.ch.

Forgot something? You can simply place a second order – where possible, we'll combine both shipments for you.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Yes. During checkout you can enter a delivery address that differs from your billing address. Please double-check all details before completing your order.

Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

At JEVAANI, shipping is always free – regardless of your order value.

How long does delivery take?

Your order is usually with you within two to three working days of receipt of payment. You'll find the exact delivery time on each product page.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. In addition to Switzerland, we also deliver to Germany and Austria.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes. As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery at any time.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay conveniently by TWINT, credit card, PayPal, PostFinance or by invoice.

Is payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed in encrypted form via certified payment providers. Your full payment details are never stored on our systems.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return items?

Yes. You have a 30-day right of return from the day you receive your order. Items should be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging.

How does a return or exchange work?

Please get in touch first at info@jevaani.ch with your order number. The cost and risk of the return are borne by you as the sender. You'll find more information under Shipping & Delivery.

When will I get my refund?

As soon as your return has reached us and been checked, we'll refund the amount via the same method you used to pay. Depending on your payment provider, it can take a few working days until the credit appears.

I received a wrong or damaged item.

We're very sorry! Write to us at info@jevaani.ch with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll find a solution for you as quickly as possible.

Material & Care

What is your jewellery made of?

Our jewellery is made to be worn for a long time: it's 100% waterproof – perfect for the beach, pool and sport –, nickel-free and hypoallergenic, and therefore also suitable for sensitive skin. The high-quality 18K PVD gold coating is considerably more durable than conventional gold plating.

Is the jewellery really waterproof?

Yes, our jewellery is 100% waterproof. You can wear it without worry while washing your hands, showering, at the beach, in the pool and during sport.

To keep its shine and colour for as long as possible, we recommend taking it off before contact with perfume, creams and harsh cleaning products.

Is the jewellery suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes. Our jewellery is nickel-free and completely hypoallergenic – made expressly for sensitive and delicate skin.

How do I best care for my jewellery?

Store your jewellery dry and ideally separately, for example in the pouch provided. Clean it gently when needed with a soft, dry cloth, and take it off before contact with perfume and creams.

Warranty

Is there a warranty on the jewellery?

Yes. We give you a 2-year warranty on the gold plating. In a warranty case, simply get in touch at info@jevaani.ch.

What is excluded from the warranty?

Normal signs of wear, improper handling, damage from drops or knocks, loss, and changes made to the jewellery by third parties are excluded from the warranty.
